Check in is at 3:00 PM. For those guests arriving early, the bell stand will be happy to store your luggage. Check out is at 12:00 PM.

ROOM RATES

CESSE has retained a block of sleeping rooms at reduced rates for CESSE attendees. Room rates are $165 per night plus 15% tax. Meeting rates are available until June 23, 2008, based on availability on a firstcome, first-served basis.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your reservation without penalty until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Cancelling after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

GETTING AROUND TOWN

Taxis are available from the transportation lobby of the Marriott to most any location you wish to travel. Be sure to have the address, cross streets, and phone number available for your driver.

One of the best ways to discover Detroit is via the People Mover. The People Mover makes a stop at the Renaissance Center, Greek Town, Brick Town, and more. On the People Mover you’ll get to your destination quickly, easily, and safely. Look for the tokens and station guide in your registration materials. PARKING

Valet parking is available at the Marriott for $2 per hour for short-term parking and $20 per day for overnight parking. Self-parking is located across the street from and behind the hotel for approximately $15 per day dependent upon the parking garage selected.

DOCUMENTATION

Directly across the Detroit River, you will find Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Windsor is just a short five-minute drive and has many great restaurants, shops, and casinos. Attendees wishing to visit Windsor, Canada, must provide proper identification to cross the border. US residents should show a birth certificate and valid driver’s license or passport.
